Requirements:
-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study.
- Experience: (from 0 to 4)years
- Excellent English
- Familiarity with domain, outlook, printers issues
- Microsoft Certificates (MCSA / CCNA) are preferred
- Experience in Windows images, and deployment, MS Infrastructure, Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot office packages and solutions.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support End users issues.
• Recommends appropriate technical solutions to improve network and computer process efficiency.
• Gather, document, and distribute technical solutions.
• Escalate issues and requests to other IT teams aspects.
• Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot office packages and solutions.
• Receive and handle clients incidents/ problems and requests via ticketing system.
