junior IT System Admin

Overview

We are currently hiring, junior IT System Admin

for Stars.Tel company for contact center 
location : Nacr city

provide Technical support for both Hardware and software Issues
• IT Devices Hardware Maintenance Plan
• Respond and resolve IT Help Desk Tickets
• Manage active directory ( Create – disable – Join Domain- Users - group policy)
• IT Asset management
• Monitor and update Firewall Policy
• Monitor and follow up with Internet service provider

Required Skills

• Microsoft windows server Admin ( MCSA )is a must
• Microsoft windows Operating system knowledge
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• CCNA is preferred
• Experience at call center
• Asterisk Knowledge

• English language Very Good written and speaking
• High communication skills
• High Problem solving skills

• Integrity
