Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent in related field.
Experience 3 years at least.
Experience in tech support, Desktop Support, troubleshooting, or a similar role
Experience with Remote Desktop applications and Help Desk Software
-Working location: New Maadi
-Working hours: 9am to 5pm (sat - thus)
