Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are highly desirable.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or Service Desk roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven track record of managing and developing teams, with a focus on performance improvement.
