IT Support Engineer is Urgently required
- Support tickets coordination and follow up
- Log support tickets and track status with different team members
- Support customers and company engineers by providing troubleshooting/knowledge transfer
- Assist clients with installation, configuration, upgrade and resolving issues remotely for company software solutions
- Contribution to software documentation
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in IT Systems and network is mandatory
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Principles of windows, office and network
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Military status : Exempted / Completed
Work environment:
- Working hours: 7:30 am till 3:30 pm
- Working days: Sundays to Thursdays
- Place: Maadi - Knowledge Village
