Job Title: IT Specialist – Alfa-Software

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently
Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, servers, and security protocols
Assist in system configurations, updates, and integrations
Work with Odoo, ERP systems, or CMS (a plus, but not required)
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of C# and PHP
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues efficiently
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, servers, and security protocols
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Odoo, ERP systems, or CMS is a plus
