-QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in T24 core banking system
(COB and daily activities).
· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services. Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
· Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
· Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
