We're Hiring! IT Helpdesk Specialist
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping others? Do you have a Bachelor's degree in IT and 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk environment? If so, we want to hear from you!
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for our employees, providing technical support and troubleshooting a variety of IT issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk role.
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, and software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
