Sutherland Alexandria is hiring IT Help desk Internship Vacancy
 Internship Start date: Immediately
 Duration: 3 months renewable
 Location: Alexandria - Smouha site

24/7 Rotational shifts

Duties and Responsibilities
 Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
 Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
 Organize and maintain IT resources

Requirements
 Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
 CCNA and MCSA knowledge is a must
 Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work well in teams
 Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
