Job Title: IT Help Desk
Location: Sohag, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:
1- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
2- Assist users with system navigation and application usage.
3- Document and track support requests in a ticketing system.
4- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2- 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
3- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
4- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
