Duties
- Installing & configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, & scanners.
- Monitoring & maintaining computer systems & networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues & requests.
- Providing technical support across the company or over the phone.
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing & replacing equipment as necessary
Job requirements
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Working knowledge of help desk software & remote support
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Work is located in Fifth Settlement
