Position Title: IT Coordinator
Company: Contrack FM
Location: Nile City Towers ,Cairo, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor IT-related activities within the company.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in the setup and configuration of systems, devices, and applications.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or coordination.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals.
Basic understanding of IT security and data protection principles.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and support non-technical users.
