We're Hiring: interior Finishing Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute finishing works (flooring, painting, false ceilings, woodworks, gypsum board, etc.)
Manage on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality implementation
Coordinate with interior designers and architects to align execution with project plans
Select materials and supervise their installation to match project specifications
Ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets
Conduct quality checks and resolve any site-related issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing and interior fit-out works
Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques
Must have prior experience in foundational works ( Electricity, Plumbing ,waterproofing, and other preparatory phases of finishing)
Ability to manage site teams and ensure timely execution
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Details:
Location: New Cairo
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Days Off: Fridays + 1 additional day per month
