Bazarna Society are hiring a Human Resources Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for people and organizational development? Join our team as a Human Resources Manager and play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
 Policy & Compliance:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect the company’s values and align with business objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations.
 Talent Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop hiring strategies and employment offers.
 Performance Management:
Lead the performance evaluation process, set KPIs with managers, and provide tools for performance tracking and feedback.
 Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace environment by handling employee concerns, conflict resolution, and enforcing disciplinary procedures.
 Training & Development:
Identify training needs and design learning programs to develop employee skills and growth. Coordinate both internal and external training initiatives.
 Compensation & Benefits:
Manage employee compensation structures, benefits programs, and conduct annual salary reviews and bonus distributions.
 Engagement & Retention:
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and improve retention. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and act on feedback.
 HR Strategy & Projects:
Contribute to long-term HR strategic planning and lead various HR-related projects, such as diversity programs or workforce planning.
 Data Management:
Maintain and update HRIS and employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
 Budgeting & Reporting:
Manage the HR department budget, analyze HR metrics, and provide regular reports to the HR Director and senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)
 Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
 In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
 Experience with HRIS and other HR software tools
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information confidentially
