Key Responsibilities:
Monitor employees during their probation period to ensure they receive proper orientation and professional development.
Develop and implement an effective onboarding plan for new hires.
Target and recruit fresh graduates, building partnerships with colleges and universities.
Requirements:
Strong presentation skills (a must).
Experience in HR processes, onboarding, and employee development at least 3 years experience
Ability to collaborate with educational institutions for recruitment.
