We are looking to hire “HR Specialist ” for EPx Logistics in 10th of Ramadan
Job Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role involves a variety of tasks related to employee data management, recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and personnel files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and processing paperwork
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Provide support with employee relations activities, such as handling inquiries and resolving issues
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience (1-2 years) in a Human Resources role
Knowledge of HR KPIs
Bilingualism (English/Arabic)
