HR( Recruitment Specialist ) needed at bio group Company
Location :Waterway -New Cairo
Job description:
Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the qualifications and experience required for the job.
Scheduling and conducting phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural •Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, update on candidate progress, and make decisions about shortlisted candidates.
Extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and guiding candidates through the hiring •Assisting with the onboarding process once a candidate accepts an offer, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
Preferably experience in Pharmaceutical industry or rectuitment agency .
Requirments :
1-2 years of experience in same position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills in Excel, and Word .
