A2Z HR Services Company is seeking to hire an HR Recruiter in 6th of October City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Search for suitable talent to fill the required positions, preferably in the warehouse field.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
Communicate with various departments to accurately understand hiring needs.
Manage the recruitment process from advertisement to appointment.
Maintain a database of candidates and applicants.
Required Skills:
One to two years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
Experience in warehouses and the nature of warehouse workers' work is preferred.
Ability to deal with a variety of personalities professionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve desired goals.
Proficiency in using computer programs and recruitment applications.
