Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, development, and employee relations.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Managing performance evaluations and motivating employees to achieve organizational goals.
• Providing guidance and consulting to senior management on HR-related matters.
• Supervising the identification of training needs and employee training programs.
• Managing payroll and employee benefits.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and HR regulations.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (a must).
• Previous experience in Human Resources All Function HR
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of HR management (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, employee relations, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all employee levels and management.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
