• HR operations, enabling delivery of the HR plan.
• Develops and maintains effective internal relationships with key managers.
• Recruitment and success planning is in place / Saudization.
• Manages all activities related to employee relations, ensuring its full alignment with KSA labor law and leading practice.
• HR administration / Government relation / HR Automation (ERP).
• Manages payroll and benefit cycle.
