Urgent Hire: One of largest company in Egypt work in the field of Agricultural production (Lental – Boqooliat – Foul Madshoush) required for their branch the following position:
Position: HR Manager
Essential qualifications and Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong facilitation, influencing and conflict resolution skills
• Deep knowledge in all HR functions and Labor law
• Expertise in HR functional areas including recruiting/talent assessment, performance management, career development, reward and recognition programs.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any related discipline
• at least 10 - 15 years progressive HR experience in the food manufacturing industry is a must
• Expertise in HR functional areas including recruiting/talent assessment, performance management, career development, reward and recognition programs.
• Age: over 35
Offered Package Benefits:
Salary: Around 25000 net (L.E.)
Work Location: 5th Settlement
