Overview

Reflect Developments is seeking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have a background in real estate and must reside in or near Obour City.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HR policies in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
Handle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
Support performance evaluation, training, and employee development initiatives.
Address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
Assist in payroll processing and social insurance procedures.
Contribute to HR reporting and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in HR roles.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a must.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent in english language.
Must reside in Obour City or surrounding areas (this is a must).
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
