A major distribution company operating in the commercial agency sector is seeking an HR Generalist to work as part of the field administrative team in its various branches.
Responsibilities:
Implementing recruitment processes from advertisement to appointment.
Managing employee files and handling insurance and contracts.
Preparing payroll and tracking attendance and departure.
Coordinating with the Human Resources Department at the headquarters to secure staffing needs.
Follow-up on performance evaluations and job discipline within branches.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, personnel affairs, and payroll.
Strong experience in recruiting blue-collar workers such as sales representatives, drivers, and laborers.
Ability to perform daily field follow-up within branches.
Good familiarity with HR systems and related software (ERP or similar).
