HR Coordinator

Overview

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Handle new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Support payroll processing and track employee time-off requests.
Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees
Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of HR experience preferred
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
