Help Desk Engineer

Overview

We are hiring "Help Desk Engineer"...
Main duties:-
-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
-Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help desk system.
-Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
-Make Backup for all data according to the procedure.
-Prepare all required reports about help desk tasks.
Job Requirements:-
-Education : Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
-Experience : From 2 to 3 years of experience in the same filed
-Perfect English Language
-V.good Communication skills - Problem Solving skills - Able to work under stress
