Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of HR to lead the HR function across all subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
 Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
 Manage performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
 Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and international HR best practices.
 Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
 Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
 Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
 Implement and manage HR technology and systems.
 Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
 Oversee workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
 12+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
 Proven experience in a holding company or multi-industry environment.
 Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
 Experience with HRIS and workforce management tools.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 Professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, etc.) are highly desirable.
 Experience in construction, logistics, manufacturing, or real estate is a plus.
