Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content for both digital and print media. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams to develop engaging graphics that effectively communicate our brand's message and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:

  • Create visually appealing designs for a variety of media, including websites, social media, print ads, brochures, banners, logos, email newsletters, and presentations.
  • Develop brand assets and ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Design marketing materials and promotional content for both digital and print mediums.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements, deadlines, and objectives.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling visuals that align with marketing campaigns.

• Creative Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to bring fresh ideas and innovation to design projects.
  • Create and maintain a library of reusable design assets and templates for efficiency.
  • Develop original artwork, illustrations, and infographics for use across digital platforms.

• File Management & Quality Control:

  • Prepare files for print production, ensuring that designs are print-ready with the appropriate specifications (resolution, color profiles, etc.).
  • Ensure that designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms, maintaining high-quality resolution and loading speed.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of all design files, keeping them organized for future reference.

• Branding & Visual Identity:

  • Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual content.
  • Assist in the creation of brand guidelines and ensure they are followed by internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with web design principles and user interface (UI) design is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) for basic animation or motion graphics.
• Experience designing for e-commerce websites and platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design basics.
• Ability to create responsive designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
• Experience with UX/UI design and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
