*Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Electrical Engineering: Electronics and Communication
• Knowledge of Mobile Network and CCNA
• CCNA certificate is a plus.
• Excellent user of computer applications.
• Have good communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
• Year of Graduation: 2023

*Job Description:*
• Alarm monitoring and 1st level troubleshooting for multi vendors Transport Network & Core Network in managed service.
• Performing first level troubleshooting with a KPI of solving faults on Transport Network & Core Network in managed service
• Classifying and accordingly dispatching alarms to concerned teams.
• Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during outages.
• Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem.
• Responsible for sending out notification SMS’s for major outages or incidents
• Following up with concerned teams on outages and down sites VIA TT system.
• Completely understanding CCNA and mobile package (2G,3G,4G)
• Work as a first line support for IPBB, PS network, IP SEC and troubleshoot in case of problems and cascade it to concerned team.
• Troubleshoot Transmission links (IRUs, ELRs-STMs) & monitor IPBB nodes.
• Monitor Network nodes Performance and health
• Troubleshoot and support night action maintenance window for different domains
• Monitor traffic trends through (MRTG, Cacti Graphs).
• Investigate in logs appeared on syslog server and for traffic cases for different network nodes and services.
• Monitor firewalls of multi vendors, Mitigating DOS attacks on corporate network.
• Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages and incidents
• Rotating shift work schedule
