Location: Beverly Hills El Sheikh Zayed

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory, and overall financial performance of the food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management.
Provide cost analysis to support menu pricing, food purchasing, and inventory management decisions.
Work with the purchasing team to negotiate pricing with suppliers and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods.
Assist in developing and implementing cost-control measures and budgeting processes.
Monitor wastage and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Support the management with financial forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a related role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including cost management, menu pricing, and inventory control.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
