We’re Hiring: Fiber Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in fiber optics and telecom infrastructure? Join our expanding team to lead and deliver end-to-end FTTH/FTTx projects, ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and quality standards across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of FTTH/FTTx projects across multiple international regions.
Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
Oversee site surveys, permitting, civil works (e.g., trenching), and fiber installation.
Track project progress, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in fiber or telecom infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of FTTx architecture and deployment practices.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
