Responsible of achieving company goals by managing all
aspects of software development for the required Functions,
Reports, Dashboard, Module or system, including managing
the project activities to deliver the solution with all other
activities that lead to high satisfaction of stakeholders.
Required for this Job
• 5+ years working as a Developer.
• Expert in dot.Net, OOP, SOP.
• Strong SQL experience. You can write a query to do almost
anything.
• SQL server administration experience. You also have the
basics of running Microsoft SQL Server — users, permission,
backups, recovery, monitoring and that sort of thing.
• Ability to create SRS SQL reports.
• Database tuning experience. Make our database faster by
running diagnostics and doing query optimization and other
performance tuning.
• Ability to work in an agile environment. You can address
bugs with QA, plan schemas with engineering, and respond
quickly to other business needs.
• Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues,
and experience with best practices around database
operations.
• Expert in Crystal Reports
• Knowledge and know-how of Business Processes, Business
functionality like Finance, HR, SCM, Projects, Manufacturing.
• Knowledge and know-how of project Management,
• Good communication skills
• Good Documentation Skills
• Knowledge and know-how of ERP & CRM
• Knowledge and know-how of ERP Implementation
