Nile Soft in Al-Mahalla El Kobra Egypt looking for ERP consultant with the following skills :
- Responsible for the accounting process and accounting business logic for ERP.
- Design and implement business cycles and workflows.
- Acts as a link between technical department and customers using the software in regards to system effectiveness, modification requests, performance issues, new applications, etc.
- Responsible for customers smooth operation on company products.
- Replaces defective or inadequate software.
- Provides updates, status and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
- Responds to client inquiries concerning product operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
- Instructs users and implementers use of software products and manuals.
- Recommends new strategies and programs for customer support and satisfaction.
- Works with the development department in testing and implementing new product features.
- The head of the bugs and logic testing department.
