Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing preventive maintenance plans
Managing spare parts inventory and stock control
Maintaining and repairing all electrical equipment
Calibrating instrumentation for accuracy
Enhancing equipment efficiency and minimizing downtime
Developing department SOPs to ensure compliance
Supervising technicians across all shifts
Assessing maintenance team performance
Reporting breakdowns and root causes
Establishing department KPIs and meeting targets
Identifying training requirements for the maintenance team
Implementing continuous improvement strategies
Supervising software and automation for production equipment
Leading technical enhancement projects
Preparing budgets and coordinating projects
Collaborating with stakeholders for project success
Generating custom reports and delivering project presentations
Planning resources and controlling projects
Managing project documentation and change control
Ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and costs
Conducting assessments for new equipment and commercial projects
Job Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in the field
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Proficiency in PLC and classic control courses
