District sales manager

Overview

Bluebell Pharmaceuticals is seeking a high caliber to join our team as a District Sales Manager “Cairo” in the pharmaceutical industry:

Location: Maadi 

Key Responsibilities:

•Recruiting, training, and leading Medical Sales Representatives.

•Coaching and development of efficient Medical-Rep team.

•Leading the team and manage their performance toward achieving company's goals.

•Establish strong business relationship with key potential customers.

•Building and sustaining solid relationships with both existing and potential customers.

•Providing regular feedback to the Regional Sales Manager on company marketing and product development needs as well as pricing recommendations.

•Developing and managing effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability.

•Conducting employee evaluations and suggesting improvements as required.

•Researching and monitoring market trends, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs.

•Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review.

•Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.

•Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of company products and services.

Job Requirements:

•2 years’ experience as District Manager.

•Medical Background

•Cairo ,Egypt Residents are welcome.

•High leadership capabilities and proven people performance management record.

•Coaching skills and people development ability.

•Strong business sense and industry expertise

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends

•Ability to travel within the district as required

•Bachelor’s degree in medical field, or a related field.
