Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience as a customer service manager ,preferably in real estate
• Experience in Real estate industry
• Experience in leading a team and handling customer complaints professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult customers effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
