ASSET Technology Group is hiring
CRM Functional Consultant
with 3 years of experience in the below:
•Design and implement Best Practice SAP CRM solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards.
•Experience of CRM Service Module ( Complaint, Case management, IC, Service Order, Service Confirmations and Service Request).
•Experience of CRM Middleware (setup and troubleshooting).
•Experience of CRM Web UI Enhancements spots.
•Delivery of complex solutions in public sector industry.
•Settings for maintaining organizational structure and organizational data Determination.
•Configuration of Business Roles and Navigation Bar Profiles.
•Configuration of Email Response management.
•Defines business requirements for technical solutions or alternatives. Can identify and help design customizations, workaround, or enhancements required to meet customer needs.
Preferable:
•Knowledge of Hybris E-Commerce Public sector Accelerator and Datahub configuration.
•Experience of public sector industry.
