We are looking for Checker and Draftsman with transferable iqama:
Please sent your resume only you have experience in below Job description.
CHECKER:
1.To understand ASME Code and standards basic requirement.
2.To understand client (Specially Saudi Aramco) standard, PIP etc.
3.To understand ARAMCO specification.
4. Detail Review of DWG, PR (BOM, Cutting Plan)
5.Make sure that DWG are to scale.
6.Make sure that development DWG is to scale, no interference and report all interferences to Design Eng.
7.Detail checking of all PR (Purchase requisition) and Make sure that all PRs are issued as per schedule and in-line with drawings.
8.Control DWG and PR distribution.
9.When DWG or calculations updated, shall update all affected DWG and PR and check development.
10.Issuance of CDN (Change design notes).
11. Co-ordination and controlling the drawings from outsourcing company.
DRAFTSMAN:
1.To understand ASME Code and standards basic requirement.
2.To understand client (Specially Saudi Aramco) standard, PIP etc.
3.To understand ARAMCO specification.
4.Prepare GA, All detail DWG with correct dimensions and correct scale and submit as per schedule.
5.Prepare Development DWG and Shipping DWG.
6.Prepare PR (BOM, CP and related DWG) for all component of Pressure vessel and heat exchangers.
7.Detail review All DWG.
8. Distribute PR and DWG.
9. Head Ordering Information.
10.Shell Gauge information for external pressure.
11.Revise DWG as per client comments.
12.Prepare spare Part List
13.Prepare CDN (Change Design Note).
