Overview

A Leading Digital Marketing Agency is hiring a motivated Call Center Agent with excellent proficiency in the Saudi dialect.

 Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic, with a strong command of the Saudi dialect.
2-3 years of experience in a call centre role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

 Work Condition:
On-Site in New Cairo
