1- Bachelor degree of any medical discipline
2- At least 12 years of experience within pharma industry
3- Experienced at Business unit manager position at least 2 years
4- Proven success record in pharmaceutical industry preferably CVS experience
5- Marketing studies is a plus
6- Age not exceeding 35
