Associate Creative Director
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees the agency’s creative function and team,
Ensure the development of products are high-quality, artistic and creative for clients.
Manage the team which includes strategists, copywriters and designers
Works with Account Executives and other specialists.
Develops clients’ promotions campaigns, conceptualizes ideas.
Assigns and coordinates tasks with staff and partners and verifies deadlines are being met.
Works with the team in design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process.
Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping.
Leads projects from concept to completion
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor Degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of agency experience with a solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles.
Fluent English Speaking and writing
Leadership Skills: Experience leading and managing creative teams.
Creative Skills: Strong concept and strategy development skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Creative Mind: A strong creative mind with the ability to motivate and direct a team in the design and production of best-in-class solutions across different platforms.
