Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished **Area Marketing Director** with a strong background in hospitality marketing to lead strategic branding, digital marketing, and revenue growth across a portfolio of luxury/large-scale hotels and multi-properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving market share, brand positioning, and innovative campaigns in competitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, occupancy, and revenue for hotels/resorts within the portfolio.
Lead multi-property marketing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while tailoring approaches to local markets.
Oversee digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, CRM), PR, partnerships, and traditional advertising.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Manage budgets, ROI tracking, and KPIs to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Collaborate with revenue management, sales, and F&B teams to create integrated promotions.
Foster relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management from a reputable university.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years** in senior marketing roles within hospitality (hotels, resorts, or multi-property groups).
Proven track record of managing marketing for mega-hotels (500+ rooms) or multi-property portfolios .
Expertise in branding, digital transformation, and market penetration strategies .
