Job Summary:
providing technical support and coordination for various software applications and content management systems (CMS) used within the organization. The role includes troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth system integrations, managing CMS platforms, and producing user documentation and analytics reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, content creators, and business units to ensure optimal system performance and user experience
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in application support, IT support, or similar roles, including CMS management.
Experience managing Duda, WordPress, or similar content management systems.
Hands-on experience with system integrations and API troubleshooting.
Strong documentation and reporting skills, with experience creating user guides and analytics reports.
Good in English both written and speaking
Excellent communication skills
Aviation background is preferred
