Fixbond, a leading name in Egypt’s adhesives and sealants industry, is expanding into the U.S. market. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Coordinator to help bridge our operations between Egypt and the U.S.
Job Overview:
As our Administrative Coordinator, you will be the key liaison handling regulatory documents, coordinating international shipments, and managing environmental compliance and logistics between Fixbond Egypt and the newly established Fixbond USA. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth communication and compliance with U.S. standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track international shipments from Egypt to the U.S.
Prepare and manage environmental and regulatory documentation.
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and U.S. regulatory bodies.
Maintain organized records of all documents and approvals.
Assist in setting up operational systems and administrative procedures for Fixbond USA.
Provide general administrative support to the U.S. team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred: graduate form the AUC in Cairo)
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with shipping logistics and international trade documentation is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and remotely.
