مطلوب لشركة تطوير عقارى بالشيخ زايد EFID Egypt Developments منطقة الحزام الأخضر

المسئوليات:
1-متابعة المصروفات اليومية و تسجيلها و التأكد من وجود مستندات داعمة للصرف.
2-إدارة petty cash (العهد) اليومية(عاملين و موردين) و تسويتها.
3-مراجعة أوامر الشراء والفواتير و التأكد من استلام المواد والمعدات حسب الفاتورة و التأكد من الأسعار والكميات و مطابقة للطلبات .
4-الرقابة على الأصول في الموقع و تسجيل وحصر المعدات والمواد المستلمة و متابعة استخدام المواد لتقليل الفاقد.
5-التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين و التأكد من إستلام الفواتير.
6-إعداد تقارير مالية دورية للإدارة المالية و متابعة بعض الميزانيات .
المهارات:
-تنظيم الوقت والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
-الدقة في التعامل مع الأرقام والمستندات.
-خبرة من 3 ل 5 سنوات.
