Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR strategy, policies, and compliance frameworks
Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
Manage employee relations, performance management, and workforce development
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR goals with business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HR Management/Business Administration + CIPD/SHRM preferred
8+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in construction/industrial sectors
Expertise in Saudi labor law, HRIS systems, and organizational development
Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills
