Duties:
 Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
 Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations
 Monitor and optimize system resources, such as memory, storage, and network bandwidth
 Update system documentation and procedures
 Ensure the security of systems and networks by installing and configuring security measures, such as
firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools
System Administrator
 Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
 Inventory management maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software
assets.
 Licensing management: Ensuring that all software is properly licensed and that the organization is in
compliance with software licensing agreements.
 Managing the purchase and deployment of new hardware and software assets.
 Monitoring and meeting rooms and checkup device status and testing devices
