Immediate vacancy – Site Planning Engineer for new Villa project.
Responsibilities
• To ensure the preparation and submission by the Contractor of a construction programme which meets the requirements of the construction contract.
• Review and approve Contractors construction programme for compliance with the Clients priorities, Construction Contract requirements, Employer Site Procedures Manual and major planning standards and techniques.
• Evaluate the contractors detailed plan including equipment mobilisation, material procurement and delivery of shop drawings
• Identify potential problem areas and obstacles that may affect the works and progress and recommend appropriate actions
Preference shall be given to those fitting the following profile:
• BSc in Civil Engineering
• Having a minimum of 5 year’s Dubai experience
• Having a minimum of 10 years total relevant experience
• Having a minimum of 3 years consultancy experience
• Having previous Villa experience
• Conversant in English (written, spoken & presentation skills)
• Already resident in the UAE
• Familiarity with the latest Project Management tools, including Primavera 6
