Job Type: Full-Time - Abu Dhabi HQ
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management.
• Support HR and office management functions as needed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
