Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft solutions support, cloud platforms, and networking, along with hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting network devices, firewalls, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and maintenance for Microsoft solutions, including cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365, etc.).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers.
Perform system and network troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage and configure CCTV systems and access control solutions.
Ensure network security by implementing best practices and maintaining firewalls.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, and system troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions support (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure).
Hands-on experience with networking protocols, installation, and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and firewalls.
Experience in configuring and maintaining CCTV systems and access control solutions.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
