Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
User onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and setup.
Microsoft 365 support, including email and collaboration tools.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other devices.
Basic network support.
Providing first-line support for printers and other peripherals.
Ensuring timely resolution of IT support tickets.
Documenting issues and solutions in the IT service management system.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
UAE driving license and personal car mandatory.
